Vintage Yuko Japanese Travel Camera Tripod With Leather Pouch Up to 45 1/2"

Description

This is Vintage Yuko Japanese Travel Camera Tripod With Leather Pouch.  This tripod stands at 14 1/4" from the bottom of the feet to the release head camera base and when extended the same measurement is 45 1/2".  This tripod is damaged so be very aware.  The pan handle appears to have broken at the threaded insert and it appears that someone tried to drill out the threaded portion.  Also the plastic part of the pan handle is broken off.  I believe that if you carefully remove the remaining metal in the threaded hole you could put in a threaded sleeve to accept the remaining threaded portion of the pan handle.  You can also remake or just glue on the plastic handle parts.  Also, half the zipper has come away from the leather pouch opening and would need to be stitched back to the leather for the opening to be closable.  This is a nicely made tripod and other than the damage described it works as intended.  Please look carefully at the pictures to judge condition for yourself.
