Mayfair Flexmaster 8mm Home Movie 4-bulb Camera Light, Steam-Punk Industrial. It is in excellent condition with box, bulbs and Catalin / Bakelite handle. Bulbs are currently working but I can not guarantee that the filaments will survive shipping, sold AS IS.
