Vintage Coors Artic Ice Neon Beer Sign With Original Box 1995
The Coors Artic Ice Neon Sign is in very good condition and lights up nicely.
The “Coors” lettering lights up in a very nice red. The “Artic Ice” lettering lights up in a very nice blue – The blue neon is not quite uniform across the lettering as some areas are a bit brighter than others.
The red and blue neon in the pictures look much whiter than they do in person.
The “Coors” lettering is approximately 10.25 Inches across, the “ARTIC” lettering is approximately 13.75 Inches across, and the “ICE” lettering is approximately 15.25 Inches across.
The triangular shaped back part of the sign is on good shape, though there are some scuffs/dings present.
There is a tag on the back of the sign indication this was manufactured in 1995.
There is a pull chain on the underside of the transformer that will turn the sign on and off. We tested it a couple times and it is working fine.
The metal framing is in good shape, though there is some rust present along various sections of the frame. The bottom section of the frame is designed to allow the sign to stand on its own. It will stand on its own, though it can wobble a bit.
All the small rubbery coverings on the metal bars are present and look to be in good shape.
The power cord and plug (three prong) look to be in good shape, and the cord is about 7 or 8 feet long.
The original box is included and in very good shape, though there is a small notch cutout in the cardboard for easier handling. The neon sign sits inside a second set of cardboard to protect it inside the box.
There is a sealed plastic bag with a section of chain and a couple of hooks included in the box. While the bag is still sealed, there is some rust dust present inside the bag. The chain could be one long piece or two smaller pieces. Also inside the box are a set of hanging instructions and an Everbrite limited warranty sheet.
The longest horizontal metal mounting bars are approximately 25.75 Inches Wide and the height of the two vertical metal bars is approximately 24 Inches High.
We
are listing this as Local Pickup only at this time. The sign is currently stored at another location, so we would need a day or so to retrieve it.
We would also be available to meet for pickup at a mutually agreed upon location/date/time within a One-Hour or so drive of the 08243 Area Code. We would also be willing to travel a greater distance, but would need some to ask for some reimbursement for gas and tolls.
