Condition of items:  My items are pre-owned - not new.  Please use the pictures to determine any item's condition as I do not list every scratch or tiny defect that would be normal for pre-worn jewelry.  Assume that my items are in used condition.  If there is a major defect that would make a piece unwearable or undesirable which does not show up in the pictures (such as a loose rattling stone) then I will list it.  Otherwise it is your responsibility to determine the items condition based on the pictures and ask any questions about it's condition prior to bidding.  No claims of an item being "not as described" unless it's condition is significantly different than what is shown in the pictures, or it's weight or precious metal content is not what was listed.  Unless specifically stated in the auction, I do not guarantee stones in any way as I am not a stone expert.
Packaging and shipping:  I usually do not have original boxes, packaging, receipts, or documentation.  I do have bubble wrap and my objective when packaging is to have the item arrive safely at your house.  I try to ship within one postal business day of the time you place your order.  If I can't for some reason, I will message you and if you request to cancel the sale I will do so no problem.
