    Description

Used rare vintage 16 mm Panavision Superama Anamorphic Attachment (Lens) for Camera or  Movie Projector.  This special attachment mounted on cameras and movie projectors.  Panavision is well known in the movie and TV industry for its quality lenses and cameras.  This innovative adapter is an example of Panavision technology.  Robert Gottschalk and his partners started Panavision, and they were ahead of their time.  Panavision sold equipment and lenses in the 1950's, 1960's and maybe in 1970's, however, they stopped selling their equipment and lenses decades ago.  They went to a rental model and only rent lenses and camera equipment today.  This is a rare chance to purchase cinematic history.  This metal and glass lens attachment is in used condition and outside metal lense housing has wear and tear, including but not limited to, scratches, scoffs, etc. (no scratches or scoff on glass), but the lens still turns to change focal length of the lens.  The lens caps are metal.  It comes with the original box.  No returns.  Please see photos.
