    If you inspect the bezel your will see all the correct indications that this is an original vintage bezel insert and not a modern replacement. Downward Serif 7 with a thick dot next to, thick dot next to 90, no accent Tachymetre and thick font throughout. This is perfect for your vintage 145.022 from 69’-78’
