Compare # 239 in a Monumental Miniatures which dates it to the 1960s.
The lettering around the base reads in sharp raised lettering: Mormon Temple (front and back) / Salt Lake City, Utah (both sides).
The detail on it is excellent and it's quite heavy, weighing approx. 17 oz.
The bottom is covered with a brown protective pad.
