    My groovy girl doll collection.
    2002 Victoria Canada doll. Hard to find.
    NEW with tag, but boots show wear.  Silver fabric is peeling. See last 2 pics.
    Easy to peel all off and boots just become color underneath- white.
    I did this with another doll I am keeping.  Groovy girls from certain years
    have this issue.
