LEITZ Visoflex 1 w/90mm tube extensions

LEITZ Visoflex 1 w/90mm tube extensions. This device is inscribed E.Leitz, New York. There are two tubes, marked 90mm, as extensions.  I'm told this device is used to turn a rangefinder camera into a reflex camera, temporarily, provided you use the correct viso lens, but please confirm this usage via your own research...Looks like a Deutsch hookah to me.....!
I have to remind that I can't respond to emails requesting price reductions or consolidations w/other items, so please don't take it personally...There's just too many items to fish through...

Especially the cold war Russian and German spy cameras.
