    LAMP AND BLOWER COVERS FOR B&H OR SEARS DUAL & SUPER 8MM PROJECTORS Good Used
    Good used condition. Lamp cover is made by B&H and has Sears Du-All cosmetics but will fit many Bell & Howell branded projectors.
    The lamp cover is used with high efficiency focusing-reflector lamps such as DJL and DLH. It prevents light from the exposed 80, 150 or 250 watt lamp from lighting up the room and washing out the projected image on the screen. The blower cover is found inside the projector and directs the forced air to cool the lamp.
    The lamp cover has to align just right, and requires "very" firm pressure to snap the formed spring into the slot. I think a lot of these covers are removed to survey the lamp burnout situation, and then not replaced afterwards, and thrown out when the significant other cleans house.
