- DOS SUMMARY  #594 BY SOFTWARE EXCITEMENT - DOS Summary is a program that shows summary descriptions of DOS commands through version 4.01.  If started with a valid DOS command as a command line parameter, that command's summary screen is immediately shown. If started without a command parameter you have a choice of an alphabetical menu or menus of DOS commands grouped by function. When viewing a command  summary screen you have the option of paging through all screens if you care to browse. DOS Summary is a great learning tool to familiarize yourself with DOS commands.  It  is almost like having a DOS manual on screen, at call at a moments notice.
- ED'S CHESS  #427 BY SOFTWARE EXCITEMENT - This is a great chess program. It beats the expensive commercial  chess programs, including Chess Mater 2000. This program has many nice features. You can change the difficulty level, take moves back, change colors, watch the computer play against itself, and save games. The computer also keeps track of the total thinking time for each side.
