Received this along with other HAM radio equipment from a family friend who was a longtime HAM hobbyist/enthusiast. The black shell is in pretty good condition, some stickiness on the front face. The metal colored part of the shell shows wear/age as well as some bending. The two parts of the "shell" do not set perfectly with one another, but are a little wonky. Check out the photos for the exact condition. The bottom metal face has "PAC 40-1802" carved into it. Power switch flips just fine.
