This is assembled in Chicago.
Is it shipped to me fully assembled?
The Orca Mark I will require some assembly mainly including installing the handlebar which is fairly easy and only takes about 2 minutes.
Is there any warranty on the scooter, and where is it recommended to take for repair?
All VORO products come with 6 months limited warranty.
As for repairs, we have 5 locations that you can go to upon scheduling with us should you require any repair works.
