With two motors, the hands and feet can be turned at 12 different levels of revolutions per minute. The maximum speed is 80 RPM.
The hands and feet can be stimulated at the same time or separately.
Five 15-minute program options alternate the direction and speed of the cranks.
Consoles track Levels, time, count, RPMs, and allow for up to 30 minute time goals.
Telescopic hand grips can be angled and extended to accommodate different sitting and standing positions. When standing, only the hand cranks can be used.
