Made by Skeleteens in the 1990's
"It ain't easy being King"
About that time we added it to our Elvis Collection (it doubles as a soda collectible) where it has been gently displayed since.  We are downsizing now and so it must find a new home.
This particular flavor is listed as Carbonated Lemon-Ginger, Formula no. 86.  It is a 12 oz bottle.
Skeleteens sodas were produced and distributed by Danny Ginsburg, founder of Real Soda. They were invented by Joe Bones and Bone Jones in 1993
. They are described as Counter Culture beverages that are anything but mediocre. These novelty sodas are outside the norm in every way.
Not that I suggest drinking this beverage as it makes a fabulous addition to your Elvis Collection, but looking for information on it I found this Review:
This beverage, also known as "The Spicy Beverage", has a very unique, yet disgusting flavor. Its spicy. Why? It basically gives you the feeling that you have just eaten about two jars of salsa, some 7-11 nachos, and then went to Taco Bell and had a double-decker taco. The key here is jalepeño. The strangest ingredient ever in a beverage. This is one of those drinks that tastes good when you first start drinking it, the flavor really kicks in. A little strange, but a definite must have for all people who are truly dedicated to beverages
