Description

Promotion Coordinator Trude Forsher was responsible for fan mail. During the time the Presley group left Jailhouse Rock and MGM to return to Paramount, a sizable amount of fan mail piled up in the mailroom. Trude picked it up, brought it home in a box and unfortunately forgot about it for many years.
We uncovered the collection of 100 plus letters that came from around the world. 'All the King's Fans' is a limited edition catalog of many of these letters as well as a transcript of a fan club meeting Trude attended and recorded.
We are offering a small group of these letters along with a copy of All the King's Fans.
This item is from the files of Trude Forsher, secretary to Elvis Presley and Colonel Tom Parker.
